Hi everyone! My name is Joe Hernandez, but everyone calls me “JC” for short. This is my third semester at Texas State and I also play on the Texas State Men’s Volleyball team. I did m undergrad at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi where I was also on their Men’s Track & Field team.
I was very intrigued by the video because it explained a lot of things about the internet that I did not know. For example, I knew it was a government funded project but I didn’t know how in depth of a project it was and how it worked for them in the beginning. The video really opened my eyes on how the way the internet is changing the way we communicate. We went from basic telephone calls to emails to text messages to video chatting. It just amazes how much it has changed in such little time and what more there is to come.
