I debated on what my website should be about, and I decided to stick to what I know and love, fashion. My website will be called “Street Chic” and only concentrate on street wear fashion. It will have a minimal, clean look, which tend to be the websites I gravitate towards.

My site will contain a logo at top and a navigation with the tabs for home, about, blog, inspiration and contact. At the moment, I think I will stick to having sections, and when you click on them they will send you to the full story. Calvin Klein‘s website is sort of where I got my inspiration for the set up of my website. However, since my photography skills aren’t the best, I won’t have a huge picture for each section.

The first section of my site will contain the carousel, which will have 3-4 pictures of my street wear outfits and outfits from some famous bloggers. The next section will contain an “about” section where I’ll explain the history and mission of “Street Chic.” The third section will contain my “blog” and “inspiration” section. The point of the “inspiration” section will be to highlight other street wear fashion bloggers. The final section will contain my contact information, and I’m thinking I will add an area for my Instagram account.

I’m hoping to take the setup of this website and use it to update my actual blog site, Guy Loves Fashion. I’ve been neglecting it this semester, but I use everything we’ve learned in this class to make Guy Loves Fashion look like a professional website.
