While watching the videos, I was most interested in the development of Google. It even helped me learn more about SEO. I had never fully wrapped my head around SEO but when they explained how Google worked it made so much more sense. It is incredible that at one point we had no way to search the internet. Life without the ability to Google a question or “keyword” and have instant information would be so different. It seems that Google took the idea of making money from having companies pay for their names to come up in searches from another company. Google needed the help of several other small companies to get where it is today. In my mind they did it all on their own. Google is one big collaboration of big ideas by incredibly smart people.
